Spirit has updated his fan fest Booth for FTEQW with a cryptic image! If you take a look at the update, you can tell they’re Quake console commands, however I wouldn’t be able to tell you what they do. This image really had me feeling the summer vibes though.

mushi has an update out to let us know that After Quake has a new version! This update merges binaries and does other things I don’t quite understand. Check out the Booth Update to see all the things that were updated in this beautiful engine.

R00k wants to remind you that the engine Qrack is still available for your downloading pleasure. Definitely consider it if you’re looking for a new engine to enjoy Quake in.

Irritant continues his onslaught of Booth updates for Alien Arena with Worlds Evolve, which shows off some impressive looking screenshots of the evolution of the levels in the game. So you’ll see from the beginning developments to the final level in about 5 images and it’s really cool to see, check it out! There is another update as well showing off the variety of levels. This keeps looking better and better!

qbism did a quick interview with TheHappyFriar who, in addition to showing off different assets during Quake Expo 2016, worked at PlantQuake for a while. You’ll definitely want to read it, it’s a good one! qbism has been pretty busy as he has also released another video showing off his engine Super 8, this time playing through CZG’s pack Insomnia.

Ionous is showing us that progress on Map Jam 7 is still moving at a feverish pace, and there are a good handful of “work-in-progress” screenshots for you to check out. Looking good guys!

Finally, vortex is letting you know that he has released a new version of his total conversion for Darkplaces (an engine for Quake), called Blood Omnicide. This project is pretty interesting, as he is attempting to port Blood Omen: Legacy Of Kain over to Darkplaces but in 3D. I’m sure there is a lot of work to do but it’s already looking good!

Thanks for reading! I’ll see you next time for what may be the last Booth updates post!
